To create this cover it was crucial for Bradford Ink to lean on past fine art experience in order to get the authentic design feel we were looking for, and to help tell a tale immersed in a fictional ancient Chinese world.  Time to break out the old pen and paper – and meld the physical with digital through careful Photoshop work.  The result was a bold cover that combined a dark chiseled marble background with a bright pentagonal centerpiece.
