These leadership brochure designs were developed for Accellent’s new push to build strong employee relationships and increase the effectiveness of their supervisor and managerial staff in producing excellent products.

Having worked with Accellent many times before, the corporate style that forms the basis of this brochure design was easy to springboard off of. Working with their HR Director, we were able to really focus on a few key themes that described the program and its mission. This brochure in particular needed to communicate the importance of independent thought and leadership qualities. This design is 1 of 3 in a series to be used for their program.
